The TYPO3 Developer Days 2025 are just around the corner - and this year there is a special opportunity for TYPO3 integrators: On August 6th, right before the official start of the DevDays, I will hold an exclusive workshop on the new techniques in TYPO3 13.

TYPO3 is evolving rapidly, and version 13 has some exciting new features that will make your daily work much easier - if you know how to use them correctly. That's exactly what my workshop is about: I'll show you how to set up your own site package with Composer, integrate HTML templates cleanly and work efficiently with modern concepts such as site sets, data processors and content blocks.

Who is the workshop for?

If you already know TYPO3, have worked with previous versions and want to bring your knowledge up to date, this is the right place for you. You should already have basic knowledge of TypoScript and Fluid - it's not about TYPO3 basics, but about current best practices that will help you work faster and in a more structured way.

What you can expect:

  • Site Package from scratch with Composer - No copy-paste solutions, but a clean setup that you can use in real projects.
  • Integration of an HTML template - How to turn static code into a TYPO3 website.
  • Site Sets - The new way to efficiently manage websites in TYPO3.
  • TypoScript objects (CONFIG, PAGE, PAGEVIEW, etc.) - What is really relevant and how to use it optimally.
  • Data Processors - More flexible data processing for your template.
  • Content Blocks - We take a look at the new way of creating content elements.
