You’re probably familiar with this problem: You Google a TYPO3 issue, end up on YouTube or Stack Overflow, and try out three different solutions. None of them work. The videos are from 2019, and the code is for TYPO3 9.
Or you ask ChatGPT. The answer sounds convincing, the code looks professional. You implement it. It doesn’t work. What the AI gave you was meant for an older version of TYPO3 or was simply wrong. The problem: TYPO3 is a niche CMS. The training data for large language models contains too little current, correct TYPO3 code. What works for PHP or JavaScript fails with TypoScript and Fluid.
My TYPO3 course is different. Every course follows a clear, consistent thread. You don’t just learn individual tricks—you develop a systematic understanding of TYPO3. The content is up-to-date because it’s drawn from real projects and over 20 years of practical experience.
Four Things That Make My TYPO3 Courses Different
Structured Approach
From simple to complex – each step builds on the previous one.
Understanding Concepts
Explanations of TYPO3 concepts that are often misunderstood.
Modern Practice
Modern working methods and best practices drawn from over 20 years of experience.
Real solutions
Solutions to common problems that others spend hours Googling.
Not just the "how," but also the "why"
What sets this apart from other learning materials: I don’t just explain the “how,” but also the “why.” You’ll understand the connections and be able to apply what you’ve learned directly to your own projects. With this foundation, you’ll also be able to use AI tools effectively because you’ll be able to tell when they’re spouting nonsense.
On my YouTube channel, you’ll find individual tutorials on specific problems. The structured courses go into more depth.
Would you prefer to learn in person? Then take a look at my TYPO3 workshop.
