TYPO3 v13 & v14 in focus: Why the Developer Days 2025 are a must-attend event

TYPO3 Developer Days 2025: Three days full of innovation and community spirit in Karlsruhe.
I just had a look at the full program of the TYPO3 Developer Days 2025, and wow - there's a real highlight for all TYPO3 fans! From August 7 to 9, 2025, the Geno Hotel in Karlsruhe will be transformed into the epicenter of the TYPO3 world.
The variety of topics really covers all important aspects of TYPO3 development. From the keynote "Own What You Build" with Benni Mack and Benjamin Kott to in-depth technical sessions such as "Schema API and Record API in TYPO3 v13", there is something for everyone.
A clear focus will be on the latest developments in TYPO3 v13 and v14. Jigal van Hemert will present hidden gems of the latest versions in his session "Little Gems in TYPO3 v13 and v14". Benjamin Franzke will explain the new Site Settings system, and André Kraus will give a deep dive into Content Blocks.
Artificial intelligence seems to have finally arrived in the TYPO3 world in 2025. Several sessions will deal with GenAI and AI integration, including "Beyond SEO: Practical Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) for TYPO3" by Florian Froidevaux and "Developing a GenAI Extension for TYPO3" by André Kraus.
In addition to the technical part, there will also be plenty of community spirit. The Coding Night on Thursday, the Quiz Night on Friday and the Social Night on Saturday offer plenty of space for networking and exchanging ideas. Even breathing training with Stefan Völker is on the program - perfect for clearing your head between the thinking-intensive sessions.
For me, it's particularly exciting that the program also goes beyond TYPO3: Christian Heilmann with "Return to Kong Mountain", Katharina Hoffmann on cybercrime or Maik Peuser and Wolfgang Medina-Erhardt with their CI/CD experiences bring fresh perspectives.
