DDEV version 1.23.5: Important updates and changes at a glance

Version 1.23.5 of DDEV brings some exciting new features. Windows ARM64 is now supported, which makes it easier to use on this architecture. Automatic port switching ensures that available alternatives are automatically used when standard ports are occupied. This makes working on several projects in parallel much more convenient.
PHP 8.4 RC1 and PostgreSQL 17 are now officially supported. This is particularly interesting for those who always want to stay up to date. In addition, support for TYPO3 projects without Composer has been improved - an important improvement for all those who integrate TYPO3 in the traditional way.
Some changes require adjustments: The previous ddev get command has been replaced by ddev add-on, which should simplify the handling of add-ons.
Container time zone detection has also been automated, which simplifies configuration and is particularly helpful for international projects.
