Knowledge, collaboration and integrity: what is really important to me
Have the article read aloud.
Sometimes I wonder if the people who take my courses know what truly matters to me. Maybe you’ve asked yourself the same question: What drives the guy who constantly talks about TYPO3, web development, and community? Today, I want to give you a glimpse – not into the code or the technology, but into my values. These values shape how I work, what I offer, and how I communicate with you.
Sharing knowledge: The heart of my work
I love sharing knowledge. Not in a superficial way, where you're left with half-baked tips, but in a way that leads to real progress. For me, this means explaining complex topics in a simple way without leaving out the essential details.
Take, for example, my TYPO3 Masterclass. This course isn’t just a collection of videos. It’s a toolkit that empowers you to develop solutions on your own. The accompanying live sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions that go beyond the basics. It’s all about ensuring you truly understand the system – not just knowing which buttons to press.
Why is this so important to me? It’s simple: I’ve experienced how frustrating it can be to search for answers and only get partial explanations. I want to make it different for you.
Collaboration: Together, not alone
Knowledge is a strong foundation, but collaboration turns it into something great. That’s why the community is so important to me. Whether in my forum, live sessions, or events like the Business Roundtable – I see time and again how valuable exchange can be.
In one of my recent livestreams on Twitch, someone asked a TYPO3 question that sparked a group discussion among participants. By the end, we had not only solved the specific issue but also developed a few creative approaches that could be useful in similar situations. That’s the power of collaboration: solutions you might never find on your own.
For me, honesty is part of this too. I’m upfront when a topic isn’t my area of expertise – like PHP programming. Instead of giving you incomplete answers, I’ll direct you to someone who knows better. This openness ensures we can truly help each other.
Integrity: Clarity and trust
The third point is perhaps the most important. I believe honesty and reliability are the foundation of any good collaboration. For me, this means speaking clearly, avoiding false promises, and always delivering exactly what I promise.
A good example is how I design my TYPO3 courses. There are no hidden costs, no tricks to push you into booking more. From the start, you know what to expect. The tiered pricing for agencies or the installment payment options are as transparent as the course content itself.
This integrity runs through everything I do. Even when it’s uncomfortable, I stand by my decisions. I believe trust can only grow when you can rely on each other – even in challenging situations.
Why this matters to you
You might wonder why I’m sharing all this with you. It’s simple: When you work with me, I want you to know what to expect. My goal isn’t just to sell you a course or offer a service. I want you to feel supported, to know you can rely on me, and to see that I’m genuinely passionate about what I do.
So, the next time you look at one of my offers or ask a question in the community, you can be sure of one thing: You’re dealing with someone who lives these values. And that’s something you can count on.

Hi, I am Wolfgang.
Since 2006, I've been diving deep into the fascinating world of TYPO3 - it's not only my profession, but also my passion. My path has taken me through countless projects, and I have created hundreds of professional video tutorials focusing on TYPO3 and its extensions. I love unraveling complex topics and turning them into easy-to-understand concepts, which is also reflected in my trainings and seminars.
As an active member of the TYPO3 Education Committee, I am committed to keeping the TYPO3 CMS Certified Integrator exam questions current and challenging. Since January 2024, I am proud to be an official TYPO3 Consultant Partner!
But my passion doesn't end at the screen. When I'm not diving into the depths of TYPO3, you'll often find me on my bike, exploring the picturesque trails around Lake Constance. These outdoor excursions are my perfect balance - they keep my mind fresh and always provide me with new ideas.
