The TYPO3 community thrives on ideas. For the second quarter of 2025, the TYPO3 Association has once again published exciting proposals for the community budget. Now it's up to us to evaluate these ideas and support them with our vote. Voting runs until March 17, 2025, and every vote counts.

What's behind it? The process is part of the democratic structure of the TYPO3 Association. Every member has the opportunity to have a say in how the community budget is used. The four proposals with the most votes will receive funding and can implement their projects from April 1, 2025. The projects must be completed by June 30, 2025 at the latest in order to receive funding.

It is also interesting to note that ideas from the first round of the year, which did not receive funding at the time, have been given a second chance. Two of these proposals are now back in the running - a sign that good ideas don't go to waste.

If you are a member of the TYPO3 Association, you should definitely take part. You can find the list of suggestions at talk.typo3.org. Take a look at the ideas, discuss them with other members and cast your vote. Together we can decide which projects will move our community forward.

What do you think about this process?

Which ideas do you find particularly exciting?

Hi, I am Wolfgang.

Since 2006, I've been diving deep into the fascinating world of TYPO3 - it's not only my profession, but also my passion. My path has taken me through countless projects, and I have created hundreds of professional video tutorials focusing on TYPO3 and its extensions. I love unraveling complex topics and turning them into easy-to-understand concepts, which is also reflected in my trainings and seminars.

As an active member of the TYPO3 Education Committee, I am committed to keeping the TYPO3 CMS Certified Integrator exam questions current and challenging. Since January 2024, I am proud to be an official TYPO3 Consultant Partner!

But my passion doesn't end at the screen. When I'm not diving into the depths of TYPO3, you'll often find me on my bike, exploring the picturesque trails around Lake Constance. These outdoor excursions are my perfect balance - they keep my mind fresh and always provide me with new ideas.
